We offer investors a way to access the buy-to-let market without a significant time investment in sourcing and managing property.

In addition to providing investors a way to access the market, we’re also offering the added security of their investment being spread across multiple properties.

Smart Property will manage all elements of property sourcing and management, offering investors a passive annual income. We offer the highest level of privacy for our investors. This offers a number of advantages depending on the type of investor:

Our Services

10% Return Guaranteed

We guarantee our investors a 10% return on all our investments. We expect all of our portfolio to exceed 10%, with our fee coming from any return greater than 10%.

Our objective is to facilitate at least £500k in new property purchases each year. On our
average price of £25,000-£35,000, this equates to 15-20 properties in our first year.
